Terms of Service

The Service is free

• You can use the diagramming canvas for free. Accounts are limited to 100 boards to keep things fair and prevent abuse — delete a board to free up room.
• You must be at least 16 (or your country’s digital-consent age) to sign up.
• You’re responsible for your account and everything done under it.

Sponsorship is a donation

• You may optionally sponsor us with crypto. It’s a voluntary donation — it doesn’t buy a subscription, unlock features, or change the limits. The product is free either way.
• Crypto contributions are final and non-refundable. Send only from a wallet you control, to the address we show, on the network we specify.

Your content

• You own your diagrams. You grant us a license only to host and display them so the Service works (sync, snapshots, sharing).
• Anyone with a board’s share link can access it at the granted level — treat links like passwords.
• Don’t upload anything unlawful, infringing, or malicious, and don’t try to disrupt or overload the Service.

AI / MCP

You can connect an AI assistant (e.g. Claude) to read and edit your boards, but only after you authorize it on the consent screen. You can revoke access. AI output may be wrong — review it.

As-is, and things change

• The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. Keep your own copies of important diagrams.
• We’re evolving fast. We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features (including the free limits or sponsorship), and we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
• You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
